They shouldn’t get soggy, as the buttery sauce is really just to add flavor to the top buns. I would cook them prior to the potluck and take them in an insulated bag, then remove the foil at the potluck and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Everybody loves them and I hope your friends do, too!

Didn’t see the light colored font of “cooked” meatballs. Taking a lot longer and almost burnt the buns. Very good and easy dinner just need to either cook meatballs beforehand or get pre-cooked
