I love this really simple and I’m all about simple
I use instant potatoes on my chicken and on my fish yumm
But I’ll definitely be trying the chips… thank you for sharing

My husband came up with this same idea about 35 years ago. Except, he used barbecue potato chips. The kids always loved it, and now they make it for their kids.
