Dear friends,
Happy September! Even though I’m an adult, this month always seems to stir that “back to school” feeling. Can you relate?
It’s bittersweet to let go of flip flops, swimming pools, and the relaxed days of summer.
At the same time, I welcome the cooler temperatures and structure of our days that September brings.
Fortunately, Labor Day weekend falls at just the right time to help us transition between summer and fall. (And since it’ll be 96 degrees here in Denver today, I’m not quite ready to trade tank tops for flannel shirts!)
Check out new recipes on the blog, including a dozen “desperation dinners” for those times when meal planning feels like the hardest thing in a busy week.
And if you feel like clearing some space for new directions this month, join us for a short decluttering challenge.
Until next month,
Eliza Cross
